Robert (“Bob”) Stellato
Head of Equity Capital Markets

Bob is a well-known and highly respected Wall Street executive with a broad base of experience in research, research sales, sales trading, trading, and market structure. During his 26 year tenure at Goldman Sachs & Co. he served as a Managing Director, Co-head of NASDAQ Trading, and Head of NASDAQ Sales. While in this role, Goldman Sachs achieved and maintained the leading position in the distribution and trading of NASDAQ securities. In 2000, he joined Knight Securities Corp. as Global Head of Institutional Sales to grow and develop the client product base for the firm. His most recent endeavor was Co-founder and Vice Chairman of Soleil Securities Corp., a fully integrated, independent, research firm that distributes research to a broad range of institutional clients. In addition, Bob now serves as Vice Chairman of NOIP (National Organization of Investment Professionals), the leading organization for buy and sell-side professionals involved in equity market structure and trading. He is also a past member of SIFMA’s Institutional Brokerage Committee. Bob is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University with a BA in Economics and Long Island University with a MBA in Management and a minor in Finance.

Patrick Quill
Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales

Pat was raised in Westfield, NJ and attended Providence College where he earned his BA in economics. Pat graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business in 1999 where he earned a dual degree in Finance and Economics. Prior to joining PCP he was a Partner and Senior Research Salesman at Weeden & Co for 11 years where he primarily focused on selling Weeden’s propriety energy research product. Prior to Weeden, Pat was a Junior Portfolio Manager at Ark Asset Management. Pat currently resides in New Canaan, Connecticut with his wife, Diana, and 3 young children.

Tyler Moore
Vice President, Institutional Sales

Tyler Moore was raised in upstate New York near Albany. He graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management and a concentration in Finance and MIS. Tyler started his career in Institutional Sales in 2004 at Leerink Swann a health care focused boutique and joined Pritchard Capital Partners in 2010 to focus on New York accounts. Tyler currently lives in New York City.

Spencer Staggs
Vice President, Institutional Sales

Spencer graduated from the University of Massachusetts from Lowell with a double major in Political Science and History. He also holds a Masters in Education (Med) from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Science in International Relations with a focus on energy security and asymmetrical warfare from Troy University. Spencer started his career in Institutional Sales in October 2009 and currently resides in New Jersey

Christopher L. Evans
Vice President, Institutional Sales

Christopher L. Evans was born and raised in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business and finance. Chris has 20 years of overall experience in the financial services business as a vice president with Wachovia and Citigroup. He started with Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in November 2005, and currently oversees institutional relationships with accounts in Chicago and New York. Chris is an active member of the Washington Jesuit Academy whose goal is to educate disadvantaged middle-school youth in the District of Columbia. He lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Michael Stephen Thomas
Vice President, Institutional Sales

Stephen Thomas was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Political Science. Stephen joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in 2007 as part of the Investment Banking Group in New York with a focus on deal sourcing and due diligence in the energy sector. In 2009, he moved to the Institutional Sales Team and presently oversees institutional relationships with accounts in Dallas, Philadelphia, and New York. He currently resides in Washington, DC.

Scott J. Doyle
Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales

Scott J. Doyle is a native of Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of Georgetown University. Before joining Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in September 2008, Scott was an Institutional Sales Broker at FBR Capital Markets where he was a top producer for numerous years. Currently he covers institutional accounts in Boston, Dallas, Chicago and New York. In the summer 2002, Scott was a member of the US Men’s lacrosse team that won a gold medal in Perth, Australia. He currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife Blake.

Houston

Brad Deason
Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales

Brad comes from Madison Williams where he was VP of Institutional Sales and serviced accounts on the East Coast and Texas. Brad worked in sales at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Lovett and Underwood, before leaving to help found Williams Mackay Jordan & Co. in 1990. The firm was later acquired by Sanders Morris Harris and became its Institutional Equity branch, Madison Williams, in 1996. Brad graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. Brad currently lives in Houston, Texas with his wife Carol and children Gordon and Whitney.

Bill McMackin
Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales

Bill began his career in 1971 as a retail salesman in Houston with a regional firm, Underwood, Neuhaus & Co. His institutional career began in 1983 at Lovett, Mitchell, Webb & Garrison; comprised of former Underwood, Rotan Mosle, and Rauscher Pierce salesman. He then held subsequent positions at Eppler, Guerin & Turner, Drexel Burnham, Oppenheimer and Madison Williams. After working with several firms, he joined Sanders Morris Harris in 2001 prior to joining Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC. Bill possesses both a Bachelors and Masters in Finance from the University of Illinois. He lives in Houston with his wife Susan and their children Brian and Lindsay.

Atlanta

Thomas A. Escott, CFA
Partner, Institutional Sales

Thomas A. Escott was raised in Ohio. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Toledo and a master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan. Tom has more than 36 years experience following energy stocks including eight years with two bank trust departments followed by 28 years with several brokerage firms including Paine Webber and The Robinson Humphrey Company. He joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in 2001. Tom earned his CFA designation in 1976, and was named to the Institutional Investor All American Research Team in 1984 and 1985. Tom is also a four time winner of the Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst Award. He serves as Chairman of the Phoenix Society of Atlanta, a charitable foundation. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Molly M. Escott
Vice President, Institutional Sales

Molly M. Escott was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and she earned her master’s of business administration with concentrations in finance and risk management. Molly was previously employed at SunTrust Capital Markets in the Corporate Syndicate department, and worked as an institutional sales assistant on Wall Street. In August 2005, she joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC, and covers institutional accounts in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Milwaukee, New York, and San Francisco. Molly lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Edward L. Byrd
Vice President, Institutional Sales

Edward L. Byrd is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Prior to joining Prithcard Capital in June 2006, Ed worked at Robinson-Humphrey Co, Inc. and spent 11 years in retail before moving into institutional sales. He has been responsible for developing many different territories for that firm over his 15-year institutional career. He currently lives in Atlanta.
