New Orleans
Stephen Landry is a native of San Francisco, California but grew up in Houma, Louisiana. Stephen earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University and a law degree from Loyola School of Law, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. He has more than 23 years of experience as a commercial banker, an investment banker, and an attorney to the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in September 2006, Stephen was senior vice president and chief financial officer of W&T Offshore, Inc. (WTI). Prior to joining W&T Offshore, Inc., Stephen was senior vice president of Energy Investment Banking for Jefferies & Company, Inc. During his career, Stephen also has practiced law in New Orleans and worked for the energy lending groups of commercial banks in New Orleans and Houston. Stephen is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the Houston Producer’s Forum, and the Professional Landmen’s Association of New Orleans.
Juan P. Linares graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a bachelor's degree in finance and international business, and he earned a master’s in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Juan began his career as a corporate finance and M&A investment banking analyst in the New York offices of S.G. Cowen & Company. He then served as Principal of Strategic Investments for Estari, Inc. While at Anderson, he spent a summer as an associate in the San Diego offices of Enterprise Partners Venture Capital. Juan joined Pritchard Capital Partners in August 2005 as part of the institutional sales team and became a senior associate in the corporate finance group in September 2006. He lives in Old Metairie, Louisiana.

Kenneth R. Morris was raised in Bloomfield, New Jersey. After attending Seton Hall Prep he received a BS degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware. At the University of Delaware he was a member of three East Coast Conference Championship track and field teams as well as a school record holder and conference champion in the pole vault. After receiving his degree he started his career on Wall Street as a sell side trader at various investment banks, including Arnhold and S.Bleichroeder as a senior trader, Schroders, Inc and the Royal Bank of Canada as a senior equities trader and director of the energy industry trading. Ken also has an MA in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and serves as a board member for The Montana Refining Company,Inc, a subsidiary of Connacher Oil and Gas, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. He resides in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, and summers in Avalon, New Jersey.
Mark has 19 years experience in energy and infrastructure investment and finance, including corporate finance, private equity and energy derivatives trading. Mark has led and co-led more than $2 BN of energy infrastructure investments, with realized returns in excess of 3.0x / 25% IRR, and has negotiated $2 BN+ of debt and equity financing. Prior to Pritchard, he was the founder and Managing Partner of Alternative Energy Capital Advisors, a Private Equity and Venture Capital advisory firm specializing in power and alternative energy, from 2008 - 2010. Previously he was a Partner at K Road Power, a privately-held energy investment firm, from 2007 - 2008 and a Principal at AIG Highstar Capital, a private equity fund investing in energy and infrastructures assets, from 2002 - 2006. He was an executive at Enron Corp. from 1992 - 2000 and started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in London in 1990. He has an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and an LLB from the London School of Economics. Mark is a U.K. citizen and currently resides in Scarsdale with his wife and daughter.
