Thomas W. Pritchard is a native of Virginia, but grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from Washington & Lee University with a bachelor’s degree in geology. Tommy has worked for more than 20 years on the sell-side at several financial firms including Johnson Rice and Company, Bear Stearns, Drexel Burnham Lambert and, most recently, Jefferies and Company. In 2000, he founded Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC. Tommy was also a co-founder of Offshore Tool and Energy, an oil service company listed on the London AIM and sold to London Merchant Securities in 2002. He lives in Warrenton, VA.
Kenneth R. Morris was raised in Bloomfield, New Jersey. After attending Seton Hall Prep he received a BS degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware. At the University of Delaware he was a member of three East Coast Conference Championship track and field teams as well as a school record holder and conference champion in the pole vault. After receiving his degree he started his career on Wall Street as a sell side trader at various investment banks, including Arnhold and S.Bleichroeder as a senior trader, Schroders, Inc and the Royal Bank of Canada as a senior equities trader and director of the energy industry trading. Ken also has an MA in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and serves as a board member for The Montana Refining Company,Inc, a subsidiary of Connacher Oil and Gas, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. He resides in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, and summers in Avalon, New Jersey.
Stephen Landry is a native of San Francisco, California but grew up in Houma, Louisiana. Stephen earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University and a law degree from Loyola School of Law, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. He has more than 23 years of experience as a commercial banker, an investment banker, and an attorney to the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in September 2006, Stephen was senior vice president and chief financial officer of W&T Offshore, Inc. (WTI). Prior to joining W&T Offshore, Inc., Stephen was senior vice president of Energy Investment Banking for Jefferies & Company, Inc. During his career, Stephen also has practiced law in New Orleans and worked for the energy lending groups of commercial banks in New Orleans and Houston. Stephen is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the Houston Producer’s Forum, and the Professional Landmen’s Association of New Orleans.
D. Keith Robinson was raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and from Tulane University with a master’s degree in business administration. Keith has worked with Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC for more than six years. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for one and a half years at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and worked for seven years as a mechanical engineer prior to that. He lives in Madisonville, Louisiana.
Thomas A. Escott was raised in Ohio. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Toledo and a master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan. Tom has more than 36 years experience following energy stocks including eight years with two bank trust departments followed by 28 years with several brokerage firms including Paine Webber and The Robinson Humphrey Company. He joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in 2001. Tom earned his CFA designation in 1976, and was named to the Institutional Investor All American Research Team in 1984 and 1985. Tom is also a four time winner of the Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst Award. He serves as Chairman of the Phoenix Society of Atlanta, a charitable foundation. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Todd Giustiniano was raised in New Orleans. He earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans. Todd is a licensed CPA, and has twenty years of accounting and financial management experience. He began his career at Deloitte and Touche before moving into various controller and CFO positions with several privately-held companies. Todd lives in Mandeville, Louisiana.
