Kenneth Morris

Kenneth R. Morris was raised in Bloomfield, New Jersey. After attending Seton Hall Prep he received a BS degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware. After receiving his degree he started his career on Wall Street as a sell side trader at various investment banks, including Arnhold and S.Bleichroeder as a senior trader, Schroders, Inc and the Royal Bank of Canada as a senior equities trader and director of energy industry trading. Ken also has an MA in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and serves as a board member for The Montana Refining Company,Inc, a subsidiary of Connacher Oil and Gas, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. He resides in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Christopher L. Evans

Christopher L. Evans was born and raised in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business and finance. Chris has 20 years of overall experience in the financial services business as a vice president with Wachovia and Citigroup. He started with Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in November 2005, and currently oversees institutional relationships with accounts in Chicago and New York. Chris is an active member of the Washington Jesuit Academy whose goal is to educate disadvantaged middle-school youth in the District of Columbia. He lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

John Walsh

John Walsh was raised in the Baltimore, Maryland area. He graduated from Washington & Lee University with a bachelor’s degree in geology and a master’s degree in geology and geophysics from the University of New Orleans. John worked as a Geologist/Geophysicist at C&R Exploration, Inc. in New Orleans where he was part of a team developing exploration drilling prospects, monitoring ongoing drilling operations and managing well site reservoir analysis and completion operations. John has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He worked at several financial firms including Drexel Burnham Lambert, Prudential Securities, Citigroup Smith Barney, and most recently UBS, Inc. In June 2005, John joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC as an Institutional Equity Research Salesman and opened the Washington, D.C. office for the firm. He lives near the Georgetown area of Washington, D.C.

Tom Sheedy

Sheedy began his career as a Vice President at Kidder Peabody in Los Angeles and then became a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers. In 1994 Tom’s expertise in the energy industry propelled him to become a Managing Director and Head of Sales at Robertson Stephens, in San Francisco and then at First Albany. Tom Sheedy received an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS from Vanderbilt University. He currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife Maggie and their two children.

Edward L. Byrd is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Prior to joining Prithcard Capital in June 2006, Ed worked at Robinson-Humphrey Co, Inc. and spent 11 years in retail before moving into institutional sales. He has been responsible for developing many different territories for that firm over his 15-year institutional career. He currently lives in Atlanta.

Thomas A. Escott, CFA

Thomas A. Escott was raised in Ohio. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Toledo and a master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan. Tom has more than 36 years experience following energy stocks including eight years with two bank trust departments followed by 28 years with several brokerage firms including Paine Webber and The Robinson Humphrey Company. He joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in 2002. Tom earned his CFA designation in 1976, and was named to the Institutional Investor All American Research Team in 1984 and 1985. Tom is also a four time winner of the Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst Award. He serves as Chairman of the Phoenix Society of Atlanta, a charitable foundation. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Molly M. Escott

Molly M. Escott was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and she earned her master’s of business administration with concentrations in finance and risk management. Molly was previously employed at SunTrust Capital Markets in the Corporate Syndicate department, and worked as an institutional sales assistant on Wall Street. In August 2005, she joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC, and covers institutional accounts in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Milwaukee, New York, and San Francisco. Molly lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Marc Bonifacic

Marc Bonifacic is a native of New Orleans, La. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Auburn University. Marc brings 10 years of energy industry experience to Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC.
After joining the firm in May 2003, he built out the West Coast sales efforts. Previously, he worked in the corporate finance groups for Jefferies & Company, Inc and Johnson Rice in addition to covering the oil service industry as an analyst at Johnson Rice. Marc resides in New Orleans.

Michael Monahan is a lifelong resident of New Orleans, La. He graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management. Michael joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC, in 2004. He covers accounts in the Northeastern U.S. with a focus on New York and Connecticut. Michael lives in Metairie, Louisiana.

Chris Coffin grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Tulsa University. Chris is a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and has more than 10 years experience in the financial services business. He has held various positions including Vice President of Foreign Exchange for a privately held Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) in Chicago, Managing Director of FX for a Commodities Broker-Dealer, Commodities and Futures Branch Manager/broker/trader, and as a retail broker. Chris lives in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Clay C. Border was raised near Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in ERB/Chemical Engineering which focused on operations and supply chain management. Prior to joining Pritchard Capital Mr. Border was a founding principal of Enfield Capital, a boutique firm based in Austin, Texas focusing on special situation research for hedge funds focused on deep value, distressed/restructuring, long and short equity ideas. Clay has spent over 10 years covering hedge funds and high net worth individuals focused on special situations, long/short equity, distressed debt, and bankruptcy/reorganization at Oppenheimer, Bear Stearns, UBS PaineWebber, and Lehman Brothers.
