Stephen F. Berman, CFA, is a lifelong resident of New Jersey, born and raised in Passaic. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a bachelor's degree in accounting, and then attended the Rutgers Graduate School of Management where he received an MBA in Finance. Steve joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in December 2006. He has worked for over twenty years on both the buy and sell-sides as a research analyst in equities and fixed income. Prior to joining Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC, Steve was a partner at Promethean Investment Group where he did analytical work on energy companies for investment in both the public and private portfolios. Steve lives in Towaco, New Jersey.

Raymond Deacon, CFA has worked as a senior sell-side E&P analyst over the past 10 years at Bank of Montreal, Broadpoint and RBC/Dain Rauscher. His focus lies in the Appalachia Basin and the Rockies Basins. He covers both large and small cap names and hosts an annual Appalachia Forum. Deacon has an MBA in Finance from NYU and an undergraduate degree from Colgate University. He also has a Masters from Columbia University.

Mark W. Brown was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He received an A.B. in economics with honors from Harvard College and an MBA in finance with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mark joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in May 2008. He had previously served as a sell-side oilfield services analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. since February 2006. Prior to that, Mark worked as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and as a management consultant at Bain & Company, Inc. Mark has lived in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, San Francisco, and Dallas and currently resides in New York City.

Veny Aleksandrov was born and raised in Bulgaria. She graduated from Sofia University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tulane University. Veny has worked with Ernst & Young in Sofia, Bulgaria as an auditor and with Lafarge Paris as a corporate strategy intern. She joined Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC in July 2004. Veny lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Brian A. Uhlmer graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and received his MBA from the University of Texas. He has six years of energy experience having worked in engineering and then business development for Halliburton KBR and then Sifco ASC. Brian lives in League City, TX with his wife and two kids.

Eli Kantor was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Westport, CT. He is a member of Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC E&P equity research team. Prior to joining Pritchard Capital, Eli worked as an equity research associate at Weeden & Co. where he focused on both the oilfield services sector and special situations/distressed assets. Eli received a Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University in 2003. Eli currently resides in New York, NY.
